The company offers shipping services within Poland and to European countries. Before purchasing, customers can request a personalized shipping quote.

2. Order processing time

Order processing time depends on the availability of a given product.
Standard shipping times are usually 2 to 30 business days, but may be longer in the case of machines being imported or prepared for transport.
If the order may take longer to complete, the customer will be informed of this before confirming the purchase.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are determined individually for each order.
The price of transport depends on:
- distance to the customer,
- type of machine,
- size and weight of the product,
- availability of transport at a given time.
The client receives an accurate quote before finalizing the transaction.

4. Domestic and international delivery

GLOBAL Tractors offers shipping throughout Poland.
It is also possible to ship to European Union countries and selected non-EU countries - conditions agreed individually.
Transport is carried out by cooperating transport companies or the company's own logistics.

5. Personal collection

The customer has the option of collecting the ordered product in person free of charge after making an appointment.

6. Service interruptions

GLOBAL Traktorki reserves the right to temporarily suspend the execution of orders due to:
- technical breaks,
- periodic inspections of equipment,
- logistical interruptions beyond the company's control (e.g. overloading of transport companies).
Customers are informed in advance of any interruption that prevents the timely fulfillment of orders.

7. Damage during transport

Each machine is carefully prepared and secured before shipping.
The customer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment upon delivery.
In the event of damage to the goods, a damage report should be prepared with the carrier and the matter should be reported to GLOBAL immediately.
